Design, for me, has always been about making things more human. My journey has taken me from healthcare innovation labs to fintech platforms, working with diverse teams across Europe and the U.S. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best solutions come from curiosity, collaboration, and bold thinking. I thrive on shaping ideas into experiences that help people navigate complexity with ease.
With a background in industrial design, I shifted into digital product design to explore more connected, data-rich systems— in a world increasingly shaped by AI and automation, I believe empathy, clarity, and integrity in design matter more than ever.
Today, as VP Designer at BlackRock I am fostering a creative, supportive environment where everyone can grow, contribute, and learn from each other.
