CUSTOMER JOURNEY
I created a Customer Journey Scenario of a COPD patient to visulaizate and communicate insights of the current out- Patient ventilation experience stages. Journey maps combine two powerful instruments—storytelling and visualization—in order to help teams understand and address customer needs.

To define a problem I synthesise my observations of patients, which includes my primary and secondary research inisghts. I like to create powerful statements through storytelling to simplify and communicate the problem scope to others.
